This beautiful round brilliant cut sapphire diamond halo ring on a 18ct rose gold band features a stunning 5.67 carat, blue-black sapphire surrounded by 25 diamonds in a channel set 18ct white gold halo weighing 0.35 carats of FVS quality. A further 0.09 carats of diamonds are set beneath the basket.
